Karol Eubanks, Church Administrator

Karol Eubanks has been with Decatur Presbyterian Church since February 2022. She is in charge of facilities, handles a majority of the communications, and ensures that the ever changing church calendar is up to date and conflict free. She also handles all outside vendors and facilitates the community using space at the church. Karol attended Auburn University (War Eagle!) for her undergraduate degree and then graduated with a Masters of Social Work from the Carver School of Church Social Work at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky.

Karol has spent time as a social worker, serving as ministerial staff at Pendleton Street Baptist Church, Greenville, SC and in Atlanta at Peachtree Baptist Church and Oakhurst Baptist Church. She has also worked as a medical social worker with Hospice of the Upstate and at the Andrew P. Stewart Center in Reynoldstown as Executive Director and Lifeworks Family Treatment Group as Director of Program Evaluation. Karol has a deep love of the Church and is enjoying caring for the congregation and community at Decatur Presbyterian! Karol enjoys spending time with friends and traveling, knitting beautiful things, snuggling with her doodle Jamie, and caring for her plants.
